With nearly forty years of experience in manufacturing medical products, Seiwa holds numerous patents in the field of dip molding and coating. In particular, components of different shapes and dimensions, which can not be produced by automated processes, are a specialty of the company. In addition to PVC, especially latex, silicone and acrylic are processed into sheaths and other tubes, cuffs, endoscope balloons and various other products. products such as spiral tubes, latex balloons, which can be produced only by dip molding, are Seiwa Kaseis main products. Tubes made of medical grade silicone with wall thicknesses below 100\u03bcm (up to 50\u03bcm) are also available with patented dip molding processes. Spiral tubes for manufacturers of ultrasound equipment, endoscopes and other medical devices and drainage catheters can also be found in the company&#8217;s program. In addition to medical applications, Seiwa Kasei furthermore provides solutions for nuclear applications.
