Burrless and scratch-free surfaces of the highest quality and precision with equally outstanding aesthetic qualities are manufactured by the company using YAG laser punching machines to produce with high cost and time efficiency. Thanks to the YAG laser, processing takes place with low heat input, thus avoiding changes in the shape and color of parts. Imaizumi&#8217;s CW welding process in turn allows for a welding technique that is just as fast and visually pleasing as it is strong, enabling welding depths from 0.03 mm to 19 mm. The materials processed in this way are characterized by their structural stability and remarkable
